Yes and in 10 weeks one of the FSC main argumetns is GONE. They can't go back in court and say that their members still didn't get enough time to get into compliance when they made a deal saying 10 weeks would be enough. Not to mention their memebrs would have had nearl 15 weeks to get into compliance and that's going to be awfully hard to argue to a judge that that is not enough time or overly burdensome.
