Not at all. YOU don't get it. If FSC believes it would have WON today yet instead makes a deal? Hmmmmmmmm. Ask yourself WHY? Fact is all the FSC did for you is buy you what, 60-90 days from possibly being busted? You STILL have to be compliant as of TODAY regardless. And afterwards the DOJ has a nice list of people to go after. Of in 90 the FSC gets it's injunction then ALL of us are covered anyways. If not then WTF good did it do you?
