You've stated in a public forum your postion. So if you make the the black list, that's not fair game???? The DOJ is out of control. Hard to find anyone that would not agree. When you get your visit from the Sheriff, you can say you gave up on me.
I'm not an attorney, so all this is a lay opinon. I think there is a very good chance that the court could unseal the records. An injucntions begs a hearing. Someone will have to testify. Guess, they'll all be John Doe's. I find nothing funny about it.
