I hate Verotel. Customer Service is waxk. ANYTIME you can't pick up a phone and talk about an issue with a Sales Rep. I think its bad. And to top it off, they minimum for trial memberships is 7 days compared to other processors being 3 or even 2days minimum. I had BAD communications problems with the Customer Service. One rep will tell you one thing while the next will tell you another... I didn't like their service at all...
