Exactly, so I wish everybody would quit with the free speech bullshit. This has absolutely nothing to do with free speech nor your freedom. This also has nothing to do with webmasters protecting models. This has to do with the government issuing regulations (because the industry couldnt do it for themselves) that cause certain webmasters to actually spend more money or more time to become compliant. For some its about saving their ass since they have been using content that hasnt been properly documented. They dont like it but fighting a child pornography law by saying "this will cost me money" isnt a good case, so they go with the "free speech" angle.
