well, good question. what did they gain by doing this? they gained the ability to prosecute non-members. if they were confident that the judge would deny the TRO, they would have just went to court and let the judge decide.
however
if the FSC was confident, why did they do the deal? why not just get a blanket TRO and enough with the members-only protection.
something is not adding up here.
