"just eat less" is terrible advice in my opinion. if you are still eating crap... and start eating less crap, it does not change the fact that you are eating crap. what matters is what you DO eat... not what you DON'T eat. it matters very much what food you put into your body for fuel, energy, maintenence and repair.
