Unless you put it on a page saying here is a free video, etc I do belive you could go after people, at least try the movie studio deal where they want ip'
s of surfers d/ling wares, mp3's, etc.
If the celeb video wasn't put out the for the public and they some how found it in a public_html - web area, I still think they are infringing on (c) material??
Of course I am no lawyer....
