Can they go after FSC members retroactively later on? If I go back to using hardcore promo materials that I don't have docs for until the next hearing(then switch back to compliance, of course) can they come after me if there is no further injunction/TRO?
In other words, can they take a million screen shots of websites today and then go after FSC members based on that down the road??
