i don't need the gear, eric's hooked me up with everything GFY under the sun i need (and i promise to post pics of the new black stuff), though the hoodie is nice and i don't have that...buuuuuuut -

i've been trying to get through to the phone # and it's not working, VM full, etc. and no internet processing?! come on! that's the first thing they should be working on knowing they're going to get a lot of geeks like us who hate talking on the phone (read: me) and would order on the internet in a heartbeat!
