The way things are going, this would be a hell of a lot more expensive than paying 10 dollars per gallon of gas.
The problem is our government spending 300 billion on a pointless war when they could have used at least some of that money to research cheaper and more effective ways to extract hydrogen.
I can't even fathom how far 300 billion could be stretched for research and development.
