"In court documents obtained by XBiz (available at the link below), Justice argued that the FSC's attorneys had failed in their motion to satisfy the prerequisites for the extraordinary relief they seek and failed to show a threat of imminent hardship in the absence of a restraining order.
Justice further asserted to the Court that a restraining order would greatly increase the likelihood of distribution of child pornography.
No further information is available as of this posting, and it appears the industry will have to await tomorrow's FSC announcement to gain a clear picture of exactly what the deal encompasses and who will be affected."
