You shouldn't be generalizing all paysites using ccbill. FYI, some ccbill paysites may contain original content, some may contain grainy overcompressed dated content, your traffic could be good for some ccbill sites while for some others it may not be so good. many ccbill sites could give you 0:10,000 ratio while others could get you 1:300 so it's not fair for you to say "ccbill sites convert the worst for me" maybe say "few ccbill sites that I promote convert the worst for me with my traffic"
