I am also always massaging my own arms when watching tv and i make my boyfriend massge them too! I think yuu can reverse it a lot by massage... and use icy hot or something like that.
I just downloaded and installed rsiguard with autoclick; (they give you a 45 day free trial) This thing is fucking awesome!! I'm already feeling a difference.
