This is so fucked up, if I prove the whois is fake they will shut down the domain, but they wont give it back to me. They know the changes were made to my account, they know I didnt do it, and they do nothing about it.

Maybe you could re-register the domain again after it dropped due to your fake whois info complaint, but that could take up to a few months
