Clear your cookies, insert your linkcode into the browser, follow the links all way to ccbill signup page. From there you can look for your ref-code in the source code.
You should also wait some time before you go to signup page, to see if cookie dont cut off after few minutes. Or do a clean typin day after, to see if its still there.
