Ray, as I've said is nothing against you, is not negativity, but telling what's going on. However, we did contact you, you told us by mail to contact the TGP owner (I didn't mention the TGP btw, it was you) and so we did. And he told that to our guy, which I must say sounded really weird, because what if I use the 3 months, get a lot of hits and then ask for a refund? Of course, just in case you don't remind it we kept all the mails, including those were you told our guy to contact the TGP owner himself.
Anyway, I don't see the negativity here, I'm saying I WOULD buy more passes if you had a one month option to avoid things like those that happened. Nothing else. Since MVC is not an option (it doesn't work 90% of times) I just asked for that. If PURCHASING your services and ASKING FOR MORE is negative for your business, then I don't know what you call positive
Either way, this is not bitching, if you want to refund us to be sure we don't use that submit pass (we even told you to move the funds to any other pass 2 or 3 weeks ago) that's cool. If this bothered you, sorry, but you gotta understand we're not saying this to bash you, just giving you some suggestions to improve your service. Maybe I didn't say enough times (just 3 or 4 in a single post) how much I like your service and how convenient I find it
Anyway, the 3 months question remains, we've been fucked by another company selling passes (not submit passes before you start with the "negativity" thing), we didn't like the output of this 3 months commitment, so it's unlikely we'll buy more passes if they're 3 months ahead. Now, if we can buy 1 month to test... that's a different story, we'd buy a lot. As you can see, this must be the most productive "negative" post you've ever seen
btw, don't get too paranoid, how would I be giving you money if I think you're a thief? You gotta work on that
Now chill out and if you don't want to take my suggestions, that's cool, it was just my 2 cents, not an imposition. And if you want us to contact you once again, no problem
