Ray, in all honesty, I'm all for your service.
BUT...
The 3 months in advance is just crap. We had some trouble with one of your passes and I feel like we lost 300 dollars, simply as that. If you can't get a decent CC processor, which is not the case of MVC, as you can see in this thread, we'll have to avoid Submitpasses even tho we find the service very convenient. Plus, you'll need to find a solution to the submitter rights to be posted VS the TGP owners greed. I'm tired of seeing 90% of the galleries at some of the TGPs you're running are FHG and submitted galleries aren't even checked at all.
So far, we had beef with one of your passes and the TGP owner said we'd try the full 3 months and after that he'd be refunding the money if we're not satisfied. Just because of that, I'll keep my mouth shut untill seeing what happens in this 3 months lapse. But sure as hell I'm more than hesitant to pay you 3 months in advance again. Not because of you, since you're the middleman here and again, you're running a tight service. But you can't be just a middleman, you got to have some control over TGP owners and you must find a reasonable way to charge for your services, which you aren't doing right now
