my reason for this post is not really pertaining to the 2257 issue regarding the release of the documentation to the web masters but more to the producers of content .. because under the new "rules" in the 2257 changes .. american companies will only be able to actually shoot American models or at very least models with a work visa which from what I am hearing is getting more expensive by the minute ... if i shoot the content in Canada with the Canadian Talent then the companies that have updates which are starred in by Canadian Talent .. ie Brandon Irons .. Shyla Laveux ... hell even Peter North is Canadian ... if the law does change .. unless performers have a valid way to work in the US .. the content will be in breach of the 2257 for that reason as well ... as far as releasing the 2257 .. i have no problem in new content actually placing an addendum in my model release saying that the 2257 compliance will be released along with the content to said purchaser of the content .. at that point it is up to the distributor of the content to decide what and how they want to deal with releasing 2257
