Yes, I live in a big city as about 80% of the Russian population. Only about 20% or Russians are living in the rural area, and they are mostly very old people who don't want to move to the noisy and dirty big cities. And yes, these old people are living even on
less than $200 (may be $100..$150) a month. And yes, they are really poor ones. But how it relates to the other 80% of ppl. here who live in the big cities (Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Ekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Kazan, Ufa, Chelyabinsk, Perm and many other cities where more than 1,000,000 citizens)?
