I'm going to guess that it might be too much to ask for you to post some sort of traffic or revenue stats.

Its made $50k in the last 12 months, it gets a reasonable amount of traffic and its made 50k in pre-sold ad space to a range of sponsors, over the years the site has been online we have had ARS, Sic Cash, AEBN, PayServe, TopBucks, SilverCash and heap of other sponsors advertising on the site, many for multiple month campaigns, with a couple taking out annual ad contracts.
All current clients ad contracts have been fulfilled, hence why we are selling the site now, we dont beleive in taking a clients money, then selling up and screwing them.
Im not going to lie, its a lot of work, work that i no longer want to put in to the site because over the past 3 years my focus in the industry has shifted away from the international marketplace and more in to the gay marketplace although we do still have some developed and undeveloped domains for the international webmaster side of things should our focus shift again in the next couple of years.
This is priced for a quick sale because, if it doesnt sell, the sites traffic starts to drop and, in effect the site becomes worthless.
If it doesnt sell, we'll hold on to the domain as it was the first resource site out of our network of 25 that i personally put online back in 2001-2002 so it does have some personal value to me.
That $50k it has made in the last year, is a small fraction of what the site made in previous years when i was concentrating on
http://www.europeanwebmasters.com fully.
As i say, running a resource site of any type is a lot of hard work, the potential to make your initial $10k investment back with profit is huge if you are willing to work on securing companies to advertise on the site, if you have 'contacts' at a few of the sponsor programs, filling the ad spots should be easy, thats why we are focusing on the gay marketplace, because thats where our 'circle of friends' is now firmly placed.
If you are expecting to pay $10k for a webmaster resource and do nothing with it, you'll not make your investment back.
EW has a solid brand presence in the international webmaster community, its been around for almost 5 years, it has a shitload of highly targetted webmaster SE traffic for many languages, French, German, Spanish and English.
It also comes with all scripting, including the directory script and forum script and the original design.
Again though, i want to stress, if you are expecting to spend $10k and make that back with little to no work on your own part, its not going to happen.

Lee
