Would the almighty standard affiliates not go for something like this.
Per month:
0-2 sales 15%
2-4 sales 25%
5-7 sales 35%
8-9 sales 45%
10-20 sales 50%
21+ sales 60%

I still would imagine that the "standard" affiliates would bitch.
