I'm just suggesting that there is something else that is defining the popularity value of a page, something far more complex then PageRank.

In regards that all content on the internet should be findable while quality is preserved, there should be a value like pagerank for google to measure the populairity value of every page.

I would like to find out how to otain knowledge about that value.
