People with 100% PTSD don't fight. We want to get in close and stay there, NOT to to flail with our arms and fists, but to get to the "kill" points. A fighter doesn't stop to think about that. Once inside, it's 7 seconds til heart stoppage. Yeah, come on and "fight" me. You may get a lick or two in but it'll be your last movements. And, to all, you never know when you've walked up on one of "us."
