It depends on where you get your traffic. If you are blogging to get SE traffic, stick with the same theme but post A LOT. If you are using your blogs as filters (like how I use them) to improve your cross page conversion ratios, multiple is fine as long as you can get paid per entry (ie., there's an upsell every entry).
