We Plaintiffs and a bevy of top attorneys go to Denver on Wed for a Court hearing on Thursday concerning the TRO. It's crucial that we get the TRO, and the follow-on Injunction we'll later be seeking.

whoa. don't the new regulations go into effect that day (thursday)? will it be decided that day or can the regulations go into effect while the court is still deciding on whether to grant the TRO?
