We have already spoken to most of our affiliates that are concerned directly, however for those that haven't been informed...

By the June 23rd deadline all hosted banners, galleries, geo targetted ads and promotional material will meet the new requirements.

At first all promotional material will be softcore to meet requirements, however over time we will release hardcore content for promotional use that comes with supporting documents to our trusted affiliates.

- We host our banners therefore any hardcore ones will be replaced by softcore ones. You don't have to do anything.

- Any FHG that needs to come into compliance will do so by the deadline and they will still meet your expectations and niche.

- If you have downloaded or are serving any of our free content, banners or images we require that you remove them and use our hosted banners or contact us directly for the proper documents.

- We highly recommend that to ensure you are compliant you use our hosted materials OR contact us directly to make sure that what you are using is in compliance.

Decisions we have made have been advised by legal counsel to ensure that our business and websites meet the proper regulations.
