News flash. There are tons of new designers around here trying to get a name, a small portfolio, and they need to pay their cable bill. They'll work for low prices, believe me, I've been there.
What's it that hyper is always saying? Something like "mind your fucking business". If you have no intention of designing the banner, then STFU and move on. Simple as that.
