Doing them a few ways. *Assume steaming, with vinegar, bay, lemon, and crab boil in water*
2 are scheaduled to me choped up after cooking and marinated in a vinergrette overnight. Then served cold as appetizer. (2nd personal fav)
2 are scheaduled to be used in a chipino for tomorrows dinner, still need to hit fish monger for some other fish. (personal fav)
Last 2 are for this evening. Steamed as well. Served up with drawn butter and lemon. Some sour dough, baked potatos, and a salad.
