So, I want to buy a domain to give away in a contest. I wish to register the domain ahead of time in order to set up something on it, but of course I don't know who will win so I can't register the domain in their name.

Regulations prohibit transferring a domain that's less than 60 days old, so I can't just put it in my name and then change the registration info; How can I do this?
