Who's to say closing wasn't "the plan"? I know if I had a small program and it was going to take 100's of man hours to track down info I'd be shutting it down and starting over again. I removed all the content from my free sites and will be buying new content. It's more like a reality check, if you are closing down, you are basically saying "I would be completely fucked if the Gov came knocking at my door" in reality, you should of ALWAYS been compliant incase they came knocking a year ago and wanted to do a records check..
