White people dont give black people chances like they give white people...case closed.

The real problem is just in corporate america as a whole. White people who think they arent racist yet have their heart beat escalate when they walk by a shady look black person more than a shady looking white person......Someone who would subconciously hire a harvard white person over a harvard black person.
Our country is so misconstrued that on the housing market the facts read like this:
If a house in a nice neighborhood is bought by a white person who makes more than the average income of the area and former resident of the house.......................The Overall value of the neighborhood value goes up.
If that same house is bought by someone with the EXACT same profile ...but black..............THe overall value of the neighborhood goes down.
I didnt pull these things out of my ass....do the research. The stats are our there for public view....We're not segregating schools or anything anymore...but to say racism doesnt play a large role is foolish...its just a different kind of racism than in the past.....
But then again, this is all petty shit compared to how we treat gay people. In 50 years school history books will talk about the treatment of gays like how they talk about how we treated women before they could vote. What a joke
