Ah, fuck... well that ain't happening because I'd have to have someone holding it because I have them on the ground then over my face. The mic would always have to change. I don't shoot with others in the room... keeps the girls eys on the camera.
I just want an upgrade to the one on the camera I guess that's reasonable. What got me thinking about it was a Time article that was obviously for beginners (that's why I didn't post this link at first cause I didn't want to look like the noob I am when I suggest this brand most likely), but they suggested using this mic, "which yeilds rich sound". Mind you they were also talking about $300 minidv cameras in the same article.
