It's amusing the language we choose like "Former Bush Insider" and "highly recognized former chief economist". Hmm, maybe he knows something? No, Reynolds is not claiming any inside knowledge. He is not claiming to have learned anything about a conspiracy from working over there in the Department of Labor. Insider? Hell, the guy once referred to himself as "a 3rd level political appointee in a dying department-level agency".
