truth is, I would have did the banner for free if he wanted to make a real deal on future shit, these players can't play.

If I see a good designer, I'll pay him as much as he wants, All my designers get all the respect they ask for. I offered $25 since I don't know any of the designers here... If I like someones work, I'll pay for it, more than its worth...
You don't get paid $50 an hour when on your first day at the job...you start with $15-$20 and if the boss likes your work, he will promote you!
