Exactly. I know the law on this. And if it were in front of a judge and he had to decide if a 16 year old girl flashing her tits on a web cam was child porn or not, I highly doubt he would rule that is was.
If that were the case then ASCAP and the law would be able to shut all these underage sites down on the internet. I have personally sent them links to girls as young as 8, 9 and 10 with their PUSSIES SPREAD FOR THE CAMERA and they reply with "we are unable to determine the models age"... and when they can, they reply with a statement that says that since they are not engaged in sexually explicit conduct there is nothing they can do about it. This is because they know what will fly and what will not. 16 year old tits will not. Shoot them a mail and ask for yourself.
If you want to test my morals on this subject... I don't have a problem if you went out and nailed every 16 year old girl on the street, as long as it's not my daughter. Someone is already fucking them anyway.
