Best imo are MikeW (wyldesites) and Bruno (dickmansdesign), after them I think webinc, golddesign and a few others who do excellent work.
On another note, I think a client should just check through portfolios to see what attracts them most and what they think would work best for their needs and budget. Its realy hard to say as imo the best design comes down to conversions and not how pretty it looks ;)))

Quashe, do you have anything to do with putting the scenes on the tour, do you modify the screen grabs to make them look good or anything like that? Just wondering as all the decent sites as far as I know have all their scren grabs optimzed to look good. Do clients get different workers to do that part or is that normaly part of the designers job? Guess it depends, what do u do though?
