With that said, 16 is not really an age to flip out about. 16 is almost a woman. 12 is an age to freak out about. That is a child. Children and young women are not the same.

16 year old girls in many countries are fair game. Who are we to say it's not just because our law says so. Evolution and the human body says 16 is old enough to breed... I'll bet on those over man made laws any day of the week.
