I had installed for a client a SSL bought thru EV1 . I had many " date range" problem for most of the year.
It was up for renewal last week or so, and I took a godaddy one ( 19.99 / year ). Worked and got installed thru WHM in a few minutes! Just follow instructions to the letter.

The URL gives warnings to my browser. The EV1 (freessl/geotrust) ones shouldn't do that.

Yours is issued through the right people (Starfield) though, mine is issued from my own domain, some how. I am not sure how this happened.
