If you went through the new 2257 Proposal, its a fucken preposterous paper with open ends that basically allow the government to take you away in cuff's cuz there was no way to follow the letter of the law and you would have to use your attornies best judgement to follow the proposed 2257 and still be fucking vulnerable.

Silly Rabbit the regulations are not a proposal they are regulations for an existing law, that is why they are retroactive. If you stick you head in the ground and do not follow them you risk going to prison; that is why anyone in this business in the US who has any intellegence although supporting the FSC is also trying to comply . The FSC injunction may or may not be granted, even if granted it will only delay implementation unless it is made permanent.
