I think CCBill allows cross sales too not too sure thou since never even thought about trying that since i don't even like that idea. however, ccbill lets you offer a cancellation discount for sure and also member's loyalty discount so the members can recieve a discount like pay few dollars less/month starting every so many months (2 months, 3 months etc) for staying members at your site.
