Now I remember him - that black long-haired, falsetto voice, white face and limo to match - I remember him! He tried to entice me into his car by offering me candy.

What a load of utter tossers - including the prosecutor in New Orleans and the judge who issued this order - if accurate!

Sure got some "quality" in the legal process! Not!
