RecordCash's 2257 Update
SWR & RECORDCASH'S STANCE ON 2257
As all of you know already the DOJ has set forth stricter rules for 2257, as of June 24th affiliates will be considered as 2ndary producers and will need to have access to, and make available, sensitive information regarding themselves and models.
We at SWR feel very strongly about the safety of our models and will NOT be issuing these documents to our affiliates, this is not only to protect our models but to also protect our affiliates. By being a 2ndary producer you are required to list the address of your business and have your own sensitive information exposed to anyone that happens to visit your pages and to our affiliates that work from home and or have families we know this is just not an acceptable form of business.
We have been for the last few weeks revamping our promo content and taking as many steps as possible to provide our affiliates with as much compliant content as we can and we will be ready by the deadline.
Some of the solutions we have come up with are as follows:
Hotlinking of our banners
More free hosted galleries and custom fhg's for our affils
free hosting for 'power affiliates'
soft-core promo content for downloading
free hosted movie galleries and free sites are still in development.
We know that these are trying times for all of us right now, but we ask that you keep your heads up and know that clear weather always comes after any storm.
