Ok their is a major glitch in the states system used to report your tickets to the insurance companies. Let me tell you how to take advantage of this. If you get a ticket pay it by mail but pay $5 or so too much. You will get the amount you over paid in the mail a few days later. DO NOT CASH THIS CHECK! Let me tell you why... The way the system works is it keeps your account open and when the account is closed the ticket is reported to the insurance agency. As long as you never cash the check the system will always keep your account open which means you will never be reported to the insurance company (I guess they assumed 100% of the people would cash their checks.) This error would cost the state millions of dollars to fix which they do not want to do since the state really isnt loosing out nor do very many know about this yet. Well until my GFY post that is. try out it next time you get a ticket, you'll see what i mean.
