This is the last place in California for the big develorer's.. and they are moving, building like mad here... Still the cheapest big city in the country to live.... Can get hot though...

The Bay Area too! Damn I was born in Oakland and raised in Fremont, lived there 22 years and went into the military and moved to Paradise and been here since 1987......
