Hrmm that is definately an interesting item....although at worst, if they did manage to enforce that, all it would mean for me is that I couldn't attend the US-based webmaster shows. I never end up going to the US other than for that reason....
I think if our Costa Rica show in November turns out to be a success, you might see a lot of programs and companies start moving down this way
