Also, I'm not a lawyer, but from what I understand aren't "secondary producers " supposed to have the documents in thier possesion? Just curious.

Kane-thanks for the questions.
In short:
1) We will include all referring urls that contain our content & all urls that webmasters enter that contain our content in the database
2) U.S.C. 2257 sec. 75.2 f states:
Records required to be maintained under their part may be kept EITHER in hard copy OR in digital form, provided that they include scanned copies of forms of identification and that there is a custodian of the records who can authenticate each digital record.
We feel that our database complies with the new regulations, but encourage our webmasters to contact their attorney's for additional information on their
individual compliance.
