With PR, you just need to get the word out there, results would be nice, but that depends on the people who hear the message a PR person sends. If KB hopes for a referal on some press that's a bonus for him, but shouldn't be a part of a PR deal.
If PR worked that way, then shouldn't the AP news wire guarantee results too?
