The new Pope says the only "sure fire" way to prevent the spread of HIV is abstinence ... Where did they find this guy, living in a cave with Osama?
I guess he's never heard of blood transfusions, sharing needles, etc. etc. or does he really expect everyone to just stop having sex?
Talk about a papal leader out of sync with reality!
