I think he can get up to a year in the county jail for each conviction of providing alcohol to a minor and there are several counts of this...but to the best of my knowledge Jackson has never been convicted of any crime...so taking into consideration sentencing guide lines...he should receive a fine...maybe some community service...and possibly a suspended sentence of six months or so. If he happens to be sent to county jail any and all convictions on counts of providing alcohol to a minor would in all probability be run currently.
